Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin wanted a preliminary injunction in the Kimberlin v. Waker, et al. nuisance lawsuit that would have required Aaron Walker, Stacy McCain, Ali Akbar, Kimberlin Unmasked, and me to take down everything we had posted on the Internet concerning him. His request was denied.

He sought permission to file a similar motion in the Kimberlin v. The Universe, et al. RICO Madness, but when he was told what limitations would be placed on his filing, he chickened out, saying that he would file yet another vexatious lawsuit and seek a preliminary injunction through it.

I now state for the record that I have decided to file a separate federal lawsuit against those defendants for conduct outside the current case, and I will file the preliminary injunction motion under that case number.

Go ahead. Make my day.

  1. He sued James C. Wilson along with Senator Hatch in a case that lasted two years before it was dismissed. So then he sued Wilson along with the Washington Times for the same action – writing an op ed about him. That case went on for three years before dismissal. Doesn’t matter to him whether his previous case was nothing. Also doesn’t seem to matter to the court.

    • Only then will it stop.

But no court has decided yet to make it cost anything to him. Oh, sure, Maryland dinged him for $600.

      That he hasn’t paid.

      • IIRC he asked for a “reconsideration” of the sanction imposed. I can’t recall if the court has ever addressed it. I expect he will asset-dodge again if there is any attempt to collect.

      • Odd how he can afford allegedly to send his daughter to Nashville every month and take a Hawaiian vacation yet cannot pay $600.
