Ali should not be afraid of Brett Kimberlin. Ali has already defended himself successfully in court and can do it again if necessary. Kimberlin has no case, and with each vexatious lawsuit he files, he is that much closer to being declared a vexatious litigant. Also, the current RICO lawsuit is not finished, and I suspect it too will be summarily tossed. Perhaps sanctions on Kimberlin and other redress will be visited upon him — we just don’t know yet.
