Judge Titus wasn’t taken in by The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin’s BS about service of process in his Kimberlin v. Kimberlinunmasked copyright trolling.
Definitely good news. It’s a shame, however, that Judge Titus didn’t go further and dismiss sua sponte for failure to effect service within the required 120 days. Serial service diddler shouldn’t get another bite at the apple via substituted service, but that’s exactly the door the judge seems to have left open here.
