  1. Bill Schmalfeldt’s war on women:

“I’m done fucking around, and I am not going away. You’ve already had “the media’s” interest in this case explained to you. Now, do you wanna play dumb and lose your kids? Or do you wanna play smart and keep what you got? I am not making any threats. I am just trying to help you avoid a shit storm for some giggling fuck who doesn’t give a rat’s ass about you. Do you really want to be dragged through the mud for THIS giggling shitwit. I’ll wait to hear from you. But I send what I have … EVERYTHING … to the Wisconsin Media tomorrow.”

Bill Schmalfeldt thinks he’s a journalist. The example above indicates that his ability to reason has become so twisted that he believes that as long as he calls himself a journalist he can do whatever he wants to whomever he wants, and it’s all justified. It seems that Bill Schmalfeldt’s use of “journalism” is his way justifying harassment of whatever target he picks out.

    • It’s my understanding that this is Hoge’s blog, and that Hoge is free to allow or disallow comments from others as he see fit.

That Schmalfeldt gets worked up about which comments should go under which topics on other people’s blogs might be an indication of how screwed up Schmalfeldt’s life has become.

      • Modern liberals tend to be much more into control than classical liberals. The pirate crew exemplifies this in addition to the concept of double standards.

      • Yep.

Nicely done pointing out YET ANOTHER disgusting episode in the Deranged Cyberstalker and Adjudicated Harasser Bill Schmalfeldt’s “illustrious journalism” career.

One posts truthful proof of typical Bill Schmalfeldt harassing, threatening, deranged, cyberstalking behavior, it hits a nerve, and one can pretty much set a watch to a knee-jerk reaction courtesy of the Blob.

And, in this case, he YET AGAIN contacts our Gentle Host in a manner that has NOTHING to do with the copyright settlement issue.

Deranged Cyberstalker… Thy name is Bill Schmalfeldt.

[More proof of Hoge lying under oath.] “He edits off-topic comments.”

Is that a DIRECT quote courtesy of our Gentle Host?

      • Indeed. 🙂

The word “He” — with the statement in quotation marks being asserted by the Blob as a direct quote of John’s — qualifies as a fail (read: lie).

I’m sure the Deranged Cyberstalker and Adjudicated Harasser Bill Schmalfeldt can provide an explanation. Tis most likely something in Bwilly’s “Journamalism” bag of tricks that only he knows how to employ, and the rest of us are simply too dim to understand. /sarc

  3. Heh. There is no right to not be offended. Sane people, when they find something offensive or troubling or detrimental to their peace-of-mind, simply avoid that person place or thing in the future. Easy peasy.
Those with a developed wit and sarcastic sense of humor, mock.
Insane and demented persons keep returning to whatever offends them like a dog returning to its vomit, becoming further offended. Rinse, repeat until they are in a foaming at the mouth rage. In this state they do extremely ill-advised things like lie, make statements against interest, design truly ugly letterheads, write stupid letters to judges and create the most laughable motions ever submitted to any court anywhere. This is known among the court personnel in a couple of counties in Maryland (as well as at least one federal district court) as a “Schmalfeldtian filing”, a descriptive term of derision.

    • Makes me think of the Bill of No Rights:

Article II — You do not have the right to never be offended. This country is based on freedom, and that means freedom for everyone — not just you! You may leave the room, turn the channel, express a different opinion, etc…, but the world is full of idiots, and probably always will be.

Bill obviously does not subscribe to this one for himself, although he expects everyone else to agree with it.

  4. Don’t try to change the subject Bill. Where is this quote “He edits off-topic comments.”?

    • I do miss going out to McCormick and Schmicks in the Inner Harbor. I also remember back when the Inner Harbor was one of the most dangerous places to go after dark. Folks went to places in the suburbs like Glen Burnie instead. Nightclubs there like Mr. Pibbs or the great pit BBQ from the Dixie Pig made hot summer nights more tolerable. Forty years really changes things …

    • Are there laws against stalking, threatening, and/or harassing other individuals?

What does one actually have to do to earn the title: ADJUDICATED HARASSER?

What does an individual have to do to have Restraining Order(s) issued against them?

    • Again, Bill Schmalfeldt attempts to play the same rhetorical game that he did concerning Brett Kimberlin. Again, I would note no one here is claiming he was ever convicted of a criminal charge. Many of the folks here are merely expressing their opinion based on public knowledge that Bill Schmalfeldt has violated the law repeatedly. For instance, I am of the opinion that Wisconsin ought to have prosecuted Bill Schmalfeldt for threatening to take away the children of a women for her refusal to supply information he was demanding from her. To me, that reeks of extortion. Others are of the opinion that when someone has an enemy using the handle “gewashington” it ought to be illegal to make highly belligerent, harassing phone calls to the first “Greg Earl Washington” that person finds on google, and, advocate changing the laws to ensure that such behavior is specifically made illegal.

However, it must be said that a prerequisite of obtaining a permanent Peace Order is a judicial determination some law has been broken, be it the laws against stalking, harassment, or such. Such determinations have been made about Bill Schmalfeldt in multiple states at multiple times. Further, in exchange for dropping the Peace Order violation charges against him in Maryland, Bill Schmalfeldt agreed to drop all appeals of the Peace Order, and obey that Peace Order. That is a de facto acknowledge that he did violate the Peace Order statutes. Bill Schmalfeldt is trying to raise a distinction [through the fabrication of strawman arguments] that simply doesn’t make much of a difference.

I would note that expressing an opinion about public facts is different in kind that tweeting about some unspecified person who paid another unspecified person to commit perjury. Speculating that someone was paid, the second person did lie under oath, and that there was a quid pro quo between the alleged payment and the alleged perjury is not merely offering an opinion based on public facts.

This is all academic given the fact that Bill Schmalfeldt is too much of a coward to post the details about who he alleges bribed whom to say what.

  5. Hey, let’s have a drinking game! For every hour BS avoids talking about the Lickspittles, drink a 3-finger bourbon straight. See if anyone, but anyone, gets drunk.

    • No fair. The game is rigged. The Blob hangs up his Deranged Cyberstalker hat about the time the average toddler goes to bed.

      There’s always tomorrow. LOL!

  6. Why looky at the creeptastic freaks descend upon Hogewash!.

Using a family member as a “weapon” is so… Team Kimberlin.

Deranged, unhinged, soulless criminals… the whole lot of ’em.

    • Why… someone would blow out their Depends if any of that were to be mentioned.

But, the freakshow above has the nerve to mention hypocrisy.

Watching these deranged kooks fall one-by-one is going to be a pleasure.
