Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

Here’s part of the story The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin tried to spin for the court when he got caught forging a summons in the Kimberlin v. The Universe, et al. RICO Madness.ECF 102-3The sharp-eyed Gentle Reader should note two things in that clipping. First, TDPK claims that the Clerk sent him 21 summonses. Second, the clipping wraps between two pages of the docket entry, so the Electronic Comment Filing System tag is visible. Notice that is shows the number of pages in the docket item.

Here’s the ECF tag for the docket item posted by the Clerk that shows all of the summonses issued.ECF 4

Each summons is one page long. Therefore, the number of summonses issued was …?

Let’s not always see the same hands.

That’s right! 18.

BTW, an earlier docket item shows the proposed summonses that TDPK sent to the court. There are 19 of them. Can you guess which one the Clerk didn’t issue?

That’s right, the one for Twitchy. Perhaps because Twitchy was not listed in the caption of the lawsuit as a defendant.

Still, with only 19 proposed summonses submitted, where does TDPK come up with the expectation of 21. Well, he did leave a couple of defendants listed in the caption off of his list of summonsees: Kimberlin Unmasked and Mandy Nagy.

  1. While we’re on the topic of math… which of the following contains more calories: a Presidential Seal or a Return Receipt “green card” with the Restricted Delivery box checked after the fact?

  2. slightly off topic, but i checked pacer and there are no more filings today. john is trivially wrong about the due date. its tomorrow… for some of us. later for others. I would say more, but we don’t want to educate the midget.

  3. Counting is hard. Well… for sawed-off, domestic terrorists, apparently.

Truth appears to be even harder.

Crash and burn. Liar. Liar. Pants on fire. Whatever.

    Here’s another one: Going down?

  4. I think #liar makes more sense here. I can’t help but wonder if BK is so pathological a liar that he does not actually know what the truth is… he may in fact just be completely delusional and simply not live in the same reality as regular folk.

    • That is the problem here. Kimby really believes he can change reality with his mind, that reality is malleable to his wishes and desires. He is certifiable.

      • And yet Mr. Hoge is the one dressed as a Jedi. Curious place this internet.
I actually think Kimberlin’s grasp on “reality” is similar to that of a 9 year old boy getting caught doing something: “I didn’t do that, and I didn’t leave any evidence” Perhaps that’s a prison attitude.

        • Heh. Not really. Perhaps I’ve been around here long enough for folks to see that I do not follow that logic and I am a product of the federal prison system.
The difference is I am a reformed criminal whilst Brett is not. Hence, the difference in outlook and actions.

    Exactly!

BTW — Tis good to see you around, my friend. Hope life is treating you kind.
