I’ll be paying close attention to the hearing coming up this morning in the Kimberlin v. Walker, et al. nuisance lawsuit.
I’m especially interested to see if the rumor about Brett Kimberlin being represented by Joe Isuzu is true.

Please. Even though Joe Isuzu has SOME standards. Especially since he has degrees from Harvard AND Yale law, and has turned down several offers to serve on the Supreme Court.
