Here’s another whopper from one of The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin’s court filings. This is from his opposition to my motion to dismiss his first amended complaint in the Kimberlin v. The Universe, et al. RICO Madness.ECF 29-22TDPK asserts that I was in on his mythical fraudulent fund raising on behalf of National Bloggers Club in May, 2012. I was a newbie who hadn’t heard of NBC back them.

The real hoot is the “media report” he cites as Exhibit J. It’s supposed to show what we were seeing in the media back in May. The report is dated August.

Then there’s the question of the reliability of the report. It’s from Matt Osborne quoting Bill Schmalfeldt and Breitbart Unmasked as sources.

I couldn’t make this stuff up if I tried.

  1. Oh. My. Goodness. Un-freakin-believable. Don’t know if it’s appropriate to laugh with all the headache and expense it’s cost so many good people, but it’s about impossible not to. *stifled giggle*

    • What a little fool the Op-Critical frontman is. Instead of being famous for his embarrassingly amateur and self-serious musical efforts, Kimberlin is instead known for incompetent, self-contradictory pleadings in his failing petty lawfare harassment campaign.

      Clowns like Matt Osborne are disgusting cowards who have earned our scorn and ridicule.

  2. I believe this provides a reasonable basis for demanding production of all emails among Kimberlin, Schmalfeldt, and Osborne. If their assertions are being “imputed” by Kimberlin to be from independent sources, then testing that “imputation” is legitimate, particularly with respect to whether Kimberlin should be sanctioned for acting with reckless disregard for his duty to have evidentiary support for his assertions.

    • Matt Osborne seems to love participating in online harassment behind the scenes. After, he tells lies about it with his public face because he is a coward and his actions behind the scenes are too shameful for him to face in full view of the public. For this reason, he may have to get used to having his emails subpoenaed.

      Who are Matt Osborne’s allies? Let’s see,

      1) Convicted bomber, forget, perjurer out-on-parole, Brett Kimberlin. Kimberlin remains unconvicted of sex offenses (such as he’s been accused of in a sworn criminal complaint) or his role in the Julia Scyphers murder. Matt assists Kimberlin by laughing at Kimberlin’s harassment victims and aiding Kimberlin’s scammy fake charities and helping in the harassment.
      2) Evil harassment and smears for hire, Neal Rauhauser, who has three warrants out on him over harassment (a tiny percentage of all Rauhauser harassment incidents) and an additional warrant because he doesn’t feel like helping to support his children (according to Neal, this is anyone’s fault but his). Neal controls countless sock puppets to aid in harassment, harasses behind group-controlled accounts aiming vileness at targets, and finds disturbed people to send streams of threats, SWATting calls, etc. at his targets. Matt has intimate personal knowledge of some of this behavior, and rather than intervening to help the victims, he ridicules the victims and also joins in the harassment and helps cover it with lies.
      3) Repeat offender Thomas Retzlaff, who was adjudicated a vexatious litigant in Texas after repeated terrible amateur lawfare attempts. Retzlaff’s exploits included getting kicked out of school for vicious stalking behavior against women, getting kicked out of the military, lying about his military service and identity, and making extortionate demands in connection with his lawfare. More recently he was caught making vicious attacks on victims of revenge porn, which seems to be how he got Bullyville after him. Matt sides with Retzlaff, essentially because Matt Osborne is now so tangled in online bullying and harassment that he ends up being an enemy of those trying to stop it.

      Hoge should be proud to have Matt Osborne as an enemy. Shameful coward harasser Matt Osborne tends to discredit any cause he advances.

      • I think we can agree, that if someone selectively denies his wrongdoing in some venues, he is at fault for still continuing the wrongdoing.

        To be willing to admit to the wrongdoing in ALL venues, even in the face of the reputational consequences, is the way to repent and, sometimes ironically, to earn others’ trust. This is also the course of action that is the most respectful toward the victims.

  5. Future Court transcript:
    Kimberlin: “You’re honor. The defendants have created phony nonprofit organizations to accept contributions to line their pockets. It’s part of a a pattern which started decades ago with a convicted felon participating in drug smuggling, forged identity cards, contraband prison porn, jailhouse lawyering and… Oh sorry, your honor. My bad. That was me.”

    • I’m not sure Kimberlin’s porn in prison would have been contraband. There were two actually important problems with it, though.

      1: He was intentionally hiding his revenue from his surviving bombing victim. Of course, Kimberlin did this with ALL the money he made while in prison. According to his authorized biography, while in prison, he received something like six figures in total from the mafia, which he laundered, thus hiding it from his victim to whom he owed a large judgment.

      2: He filed a totally frivolous vexatious RICO suit against the publisher. This kind of abusive mockery of the justice system is something Kimberlin has used to harass and intimidate people ever since he was convicted for the bombings in the early 1980s.

      • Oops, big mistake in my post above. I wrote that Kimberlin owed a large judgment to his surviving bombing victim. This omits a crucial fact from the context:

        He still owes her. In the 90s, he got sent back to prison for his series of unconscionable acts used against her to avoid helping his victim. So, why is he still out on parole now?

  6. Who’s Matt Osborne? I tried Googling the name, but the most famous person by that name appears to be a former pro wrestler.

    • A loser living in his mom’s basement. No, not the bomber, this is another guy. Oh, and he is “friends” with the Cabin Boy. That right there shows a lack of morals and intelligence. He also has a bunny fetish. (Off topic – What is it with these guys and their weird fetishes? Kimby and his little girls, Cabin Boy and his fixation on homo erotica, bunny boy, etc)

      • The thing I wonder is: what is it with helping harassers, forgers (both Retzlaff and Kimberlin are forgers), defenders of sexualization of children? How do you think that Matt justifies to himself, that he takes the side of such people and then helps to attack their victims rather than helping them?

      • If you go back in the timeline of @stephensheiko to around June 17-18, you can see where Osborne, despite evidence and the law to the contrary, continued to argue that Ali had lied, that his 501 c 3 was not the National Bloggers Club, that the NBC belongs to Kimberlin, etc., and he refused to apologize for his erroneous “reporting.” He through in some insults and “like a man” verbiage for good measure. He is yet another creepy character, as are Ferguson and Harada-no-hime. The latter is a sock account for a person I view as one of BS’s “handlers.”

    • He is another self-styled “reporter,” in the same vein as BS, albeit without the anal fetishes, porn photoshopping, etc. He is a staunch defender of BK and BS, and blogs at Osborneink. He recently said that he has been tweeting and blogging as the Troll and Breitbart Unmasked “reporter,” Xenophon. He did so in such a way, however, that it raises the suspicion that he has not always been Xenophon. Xenophon has delighted in defaming WJJH, Ali, McCain, etc., by repeatedly saying that they were lying about this and that, and then failing to print retractions when it turned out they had been telling the truth. A few months ago, Osborne went through a phase where he took the most unbecoming photos he could find of those men and Aaron Walker, and used them as the background on his Twitter page. He has refused to apologize to Ali for “reporting” that Ali had never applied for a non profit, which was a lie. He and BS love to paint McCain as an alcoholic with an abused wife. Oh, and Osborne either lived or still lives with his mommy. And he has a bunny fetish.

      • Schmalfeldt, Osborne and Ferguson all need to denounce Kimberlin’s act of setting off a bomb at a high school football game.

        The absence of such a statement demonstrates their approval of that monstrous act.

    • Some call him “the bunny.” His avatar is a bunny. He also tweets about bunnies. He is a weirdo, and now he claims to be Xenophon at Breitbart Unmasked. He tweets as OsborneInk and if I’m not mistaken has a blog of the same name.

    Pet Willy Fergie had some real peaches himself today. Sounds beyond desperate and disappointed to me. I wouldn’t dare post them here. I could hardly stand to read them. Sick freaks.
