I write at least one post everyday about Brett Kimberlin. I intend to do so until he is brought to justice. However, posts about The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin is not all that there is to Hogewash!—in spite of what TDPK may think. This is from his proposed second amended complaint for the Kimberlin v. The Universe, et al. RICO Madness. It’s not true.
TDPK filed his original RICO Madness complaint on 15 October, 2013. In the 230 days since then, 1982 post have been published here at Hogewash!, and only 662 have contained the word “Kimberlin.” That’s a bit less more than one-third of the posts. And that includes all of the posts tagged “Team Kimberlin,” many of which really about individuals such as First Mate Neal Rauhauser (15 posts), Cabin Boy™ Bill Schmalfeldt (186 posts), Very Ordinary Seaman Ferguson (12 posts), or 57F Osborne (10 posts). It includes 53 Blogsmoke; Blognet; and Yours Truly, Johnny Atsign posts. Thus, the actual number of posts about Kimberlin himself is somewhat less than 20%. Considering that he’s suing me for a million bucks in a state lawsuit and another million in the RICO Madness, I was surprised to find that the percentage was that low.
#MathIsHard
Truth is harder. At least for Brett.

Wow. The truth is hard to hear. At least to some people.
Brett knows about stalking, hanging around parking lots of childrens events, long hours sitting there in a car with nothing but some pvc, powder, and a timer or two,…………………
nary a day goes by…
For a guy who spent a dozen years in jail reminded everyday, heck every hour that he was a criminal – why now does it bother him?
“In the 230 days since then, 1982 post have been published here at Hogewash!, and only 662 have contained the word “Kimberlin.” That’s a bit less than one-third of the posts.”
Um… mind if I double-check your math here? In a couple of ways?
662 x 3 = 1986.
1982 / 3 = 660.666 repeating. (See what I did there?)
662 / 1982 = 0,334
Looks like just barely over 1/3 of your posts have contained the word “Kimberlin.” Still laughably shy of “most,” and your estimate is considerably closer than TDPK’s, but we should hold to a higher standard of truth than the convicted perjurer.
Mea culpa. Thanks for catching that. Fixed it.
God I loathe math geeks.
(I probably shouldn’t say that on a blog run by an engineer and “quantum mechanic”)
BTW, my quanta need rotating, and change the oil too. Chop, chop.
One third? Man, that’s just a bit more than HALF! (Liberal Arts Major)
It would also seem to show the lie in Schmalfeldt’s claims that all you do on this blog is beat up, harass, and abuse his poor crippled self.
I look forward to the day when your vexatious pest is brought before the bar of justice and made to pay for his evil deeds.
And for forcing Kyle to time Bett’s pony somewhen in time.

If Brett Kimberlin were smart, he would be EMBARRASSED by how much material he has provided interested parties. It goes way beyond the book Citizen K; that’s merely the intriguing background. And residents of Speedway Indiana who were around back then have even more to add.
