One of the pending matters in the Kimberlin v. The Universe, et al. RICO Madness is the possible sanctions against The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin for forging the summons he sent to Twitchy. This is from one of Twitchy’s filings with the court.
That filing was the first time that the problem with the differing captions in the versions of the first amended complaint sent to the court and sent to some of the defendants was explicitly described to the court. Although, I had alluded to the problem in my motion to dismiss.
TDPK has admitted to the forgery.
He’s also admitted in a state court hearing to altering a Certified Mail green card that he has used in both the Kimberlin v. Walker, et al. and Kimberlin v. The Universe, et al. lawsuits as proof of service of process. He also admitted in the state hearing that he has never paid for Restricted Delivery which calls in to question all of the green cards he has submitted with the Restricted Delivery box marked in both those cases and the Kimberlin v. Kimberlin Unmasked copyright trolling lawsuit.
It will be interesting to see what Judge Grimm makes of all this.

More confirmation of my belief that TDPK is sabotaging his own lawsuits at this time.

I know the wheels of justice grind slowly, but when is the Judge going to make a decision as to dismissing the federal case?
IANAL, but no time soon. This is still months from being over I’d imagine. Even if the judge dismisses, you know it will get appealed.
