Legal News

There is a hearing scheduled at 10 this morning in Montgomery County Circuit Court on a motion to dismiss the Kimberlin v. Walker, et al. nuisance lawsuit from Ali Akbar.

Stay tuned for news later this morning or in the early afternoon.

Meanwhile, here’s a copy of The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin’s opposition to Ali’s motion to dismiss. In his email serving a copy on Ali’s lawyer, TDPK wrote, “Because of the inclement weather including flooding, I was only able to send today.” It was sent a day later than it should have been, but that provides an alternate explanation for the apparently tear-stained first page.

Here’s Ali’s reply.

  1. Can’t say that Brett has gotten any better at writing these things even after he previous attempts have been thoroughly mocked and his errors pointed out to him. Ali’s response is clear, concise, and cuts to the heart of the problem with Brett’s filings. He never really says what the defendants have done other then his vague assertions that he never backs up.

  2. If adjudicated serial harasser Bill is a “reporter” then Manson’s just a community organizer

    • Speaking of the failure, I notice he is deleting a lot of tweets daily. Guess he is afraid people will find out what real sack of sh*t he is. So attack, attack, attack, then delete everything and play the victim. Typical of him. He acts like a 12 year old girl. Say, maybe that is why Brett Kimberlin likes him so much!

      • Why The diddle really threw Twinkie under the bus in that one…nothing like dragging Shaky further down the diddler-hole.
