Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

In his opposition to my motion to dismiss in the Kimberlin v. The Universe, et al. RICO Madness, The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin wrote the following:ECF 29-16I suppose by “non-profit that works with famous bands and artists” TDPK means “Justice Through Music Project.” If he does, he is misleading the court.

I recently took a look at the Justice Through Music Project website (No, I won’t link to it.) and worked my way back through over a year’s worth of its blog posts. There were lots of stories about “famous bands and artists,” but there was nothing about any of them working with or having anything to do with JTMP.

Nothing. Nada. Zilch. Bupkis.

    • [, but, but….he SAID so. He wouldn’t make something like that up. No way.

      Bwahahahaha

Sorry….couldn’t finish that section of thought without losing and laughing.

I’d really like to hear from one of these bands, besides Kimberlins own band , Op-Critical.

      *crickets*

      I knew it.

  1. Another day, another lie from the Director of the Just Touch My P*n*s organization, Brett Coleman Kimberlin, noted domestic terrorist, drug smuggler, convicted felon, suspected murderer, tax cheat, perjurer, and diddler of the underaged.

And nibbler of the Presidential Seal.

  2. The last guy I want inspiring youth. Or being inspired by them. Of course all that talk about being attracted to underage — and I mean REALLY underage girls — is probably overstated.

His resume includes forger, perjurer, serial bomber, drug dealer and soon-to-be vexatious litigant. Even famous musicians have standards.

  3. Well…if you look at the JTMP youtube channel, you will find some videos from the televised simulcast of Boston Strong…live performances of famous bands which appear to have been pirated from a simulcast that was not produced by JTMP. Nor was it bankrolled in any way by JTMP. Hmmm.

  4. There is a link on website for the organization which takes you to info about a Neil Young CD from 2006:
“Justice Through Music brings you in its full glory the historic new CD by Neil Young, Living With War. On this page, we will be one of the first to bring you news, lyrics and music from the CD.”

    Dude. Kimberlin’s not even trying.
