In his opposition to my motion to dismiss in the Kimberlin v. The Universe, et al. RICO Madness, The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin wrote the following:
I suppose by “non-profit that works with famous bands and artists” TDPK means “Justice Through Music Project.” If he does, he is misleading the court.
I recently took a look at the Justice Through Music Project website (No, I won’t link to it.) and worked my way back through over a year’s worth of its blog posts. There were lots of stories about “famous bands and artists,” but there was nothing about any of them working with or having anything to do with JTMP.
Nothing. Nada. Zilch. Bupkis.

The last guy I want inspiring youth. Or being inspired by them. Of course all that talk about being attracted to underage — and I mean REALLY underage girls — is probably overstated.
His resume includes forger, perjurer, serial bomber, drug dealer and soon-to-be vexatious litigant. Even famous musicians have standards.
Well…if you look at the JTMP youtube channel, you will find some videos from the televised simulcast of Boston Strong…live performances of famous bands which appear to have been pirated from a simulcast that was not produced by JTMP. Nor was it bankrolled in any way by JTMP. Hmmm.
You don’t suppose that The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin would disrespect the intellectual property rights of the copyright holders, do you?
Being just a lickspittle, I still have to wonder if it goes beyond this, namely, that by creating the perception – shall we say, creating the FALSE NARRATIVE – that JTMP sponsored or organized these concerts, donor funds have gone toward these endeavors, thereby encouraging others to donate? How much does a Prius go for these days?
