In Re RICO Madness

Judge Grimm has issued another Letter Order in the Kimberlin v. The Universe, et al. RICO Madness. In summary, The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin’s attempt to get a default judgment against “” was shot down, TDPK was given a bit more time to try to finish service of process (Breitbart, National Bloggers Club, Ali Akbar, and Kimberlin Unmasked remain unserved), and Malkin/Twitchy will be permitted to show the judge the transcript of the 9 April state court hearing during which TDPK admitted to additional forgeries.

The judge has not yet ruled on sanctions against TDPK for the forgery of the Twitchy summons. He has also not yet ruled on whether the second amended complaint will be accepted.

  1. It’s difficult to read the tone Judge Grimm has in this, but man I wish he’d just quash Kimberlin already.

    • Probably the clerk of the day at the “mailboxes etc.” equivalent that he mailed the service to.

    • The operator or employee of the mail-box service located at that address (similar in function to a mail-drop of Mailboxes, Etc… franchise).

      • If this were a normal case, I would expect that to be true. But in this case, you’d better check. I’d be looking to see if “Mr. Demal” has been signing for other documents . . .

    • I hope that when TDPK reads this site (or has TK members read and report), he believes we don’t have any idea what we’re talking about. And may he go on believing it. I mean, he’s the guy who’s filed over 100 lawsuits, and he has all that genius advice from Rauhauser.

Kimberlin, if you’re reading – by all means, DO NOT take any of the opinions on this site to heart! You are right and we are wrong. The judge LOVES your antics. Tell him about Team Themis and he will be so mad at the defendants that he will jail them forever.

  2. Good God. “”Kimberlin believed he had effected proper service.”

Grimm sees things in the light most favorable, not because he has to, but because he has so far been duped.

    • This is why I made the comment about the difficulty of reading his tone. It is easy to come to your conclusion, yet there’s stuff making it seem like the hammar is about to drop too. I honestly can’t tell which at this point.

Oh well. I’ve lost any faith I ever had in the US justice system long ago.

  3. The judge’s tone is actually clear. He is unbothered by the whole issue of the forgery of the summons. It doesn’t prejudice Twitchy because they know and have been participating in the case. He IS bothered by the fact thatbTwitchy wants to introduce the stuff from the state case because he will now have to consider that crap when he already made up his mind.

He doesn’t care about all of the other stuff on service, and extends the time for service which does prejudice all other defendants. He laid out exactly what BK needs to do to properly serve Breitbart. He doesn’t say if you don’t know how, you can’t do it. He says, here I looked all this info up for you.

Not only free of charge, but to your benefit.

Anyone who thinks this judge is giving BK enough rope is wish casting.
