Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

My part of the preparation for the hearings coming up this morning in the Kimberlin v. Walker, et al. nuisance lawsuit was the task of cataloging some the evidence regarding the apparent forgeries that The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin has submitted as exhibits attached to his pleadings in both the state case and the Kimberlin v. The Universe, et al. RICO Madness. If it seems as if my blogging has been a bit light recently, that was caused, in part, by the extent of this task.

Based solely on documents filed by TDPK or issued by the Clerk of the U. S. District Court for Maryland, there apparent forgeries relating to service of process on Ali Akbar, “Breitbart.com,” Kimberlin Unmasked, Stacy McCain, and Twitchy. BTW, in his response to one of the show cause orders in the RICO Madness, TDPK as already admitted to altering the summons he sent to Twitchy.

Today, may be an interesting day.

Stay tuned.

One more thing … You can help my codefendants (Aaron Walker, Stacy McCain, Ali Akbar, and Kimberlin Unmasked) and me defend ourselves from Brett Kimberlin’s vexatious attack on our First Amendment rights. Go the Bomber Sues Bloggers to find out how.

  1. As we know, there is no possible legitimate cause that Brett Kimberlin could ever show for these actions. Therefore the issue is whether the court has a big enough imagination to understand what a shameless an unrecalcitrant dishonest lying scummy villain Brett Kimberlin is. Or if they assume it’s a relatively harmless pro-se screwup that maybe deserves a slap on the wrist.

While many of Brett Kimberlin’s calculations about the thoughts and feelings of people of good will are very tone-deaf, he actually has good empirical evidence that the risk-reward equation is driven by the high likelihood of a “slap on the wrist” type outcome.

Let’s hope somehow this time is different. But we ought to count on it not being different.

    • Amen Katie!
You are all also in my prayers for a good outcome. You may well come away disappointed (again) but I still support you all. As we all know, the wheels of justice turn slowly. Oft times true justice is not achieved in the lower courts as their main concern is not justice but simply not being overturned by the appeals court. This is a State court not a federal court where the judge has a lifetime appointment to the bench. The judge’s record of overturns on appeal in any state court have direct consequences to the retention of judgeships.
Good luck and God bless you all.

  2. Prayers for you and the other defendants. Hopefully the judge will see Kimberlin for the liar he is and bring the hammer down on him……hard.

  3. It’s infuriating that a felon with forgery and perjury convictions, who has publicly admitted a large number of additional instances of using/obtaining false documents to facilitate lawbreaking and deceit for his own purposes, should ever be given the beef fit of doubt in a court proceeding on a similar matter.

  4. I’m hoping for the best, but expecting much less than that. It seems to me that the courts just aren’t taking this seriously. It’s like they don’t think it’s anything more than some bloggers having a flame-war. I’ve lost faith in a lot of the judicial process from all this stuff.
