BREAKING: Another Show Cause Order

The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin has been ordered to show cause why his frivolous copyright lawsuit against Kimberlin Unmasked should not be dismissed for lack of service of process.

Considering that the instant case had a single defendant and that the judge had ordered Blogger to release the identity information to Brett (and had done so), the fact that Brett was unable to serve KU makes the case a non-starter. Aaron’s motions being denied is non-consequential to the instant case. It will be interesting to hear Brett’s whining about this as his instant case is about copyright infringement on coptrights he does not own!. One would think Brett didn’t even have standing to sue …

  2. So the judge denies the one motion to dismiss but then orders TDPK to show reasons why it shouldn’t be dismissed?

    Does this have anything to do with the possibility of imposing sanctions?
