Here’s an interesting bit from The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin’s opposition to the motion to dismiss filed by Michelle Malkin and non-party Twitchy in the Kimberlin v. The Universe, et al. RICO Madness.Let’s do a bit of fact checking.
” … served his sentence, was released from parole …” According the data obtained from the U. S. Parole Commission under a Freedom of Information Act request, Brett Kimberlin’s sentence expires in September, 2030. He was paroled a second time in 2001 and released from supervision in 2006.
“… for a job as director of a non-profit …” According to the publicly available records at the Maryland Department of Assessment and Taxation, Justice Through Music Project was incorporated on 21 February, 2003 by Jeffrey Cohen and Brett Kimberlin. Starting a business is a great way to get hired by it.
… dedicated to using music and artists to inspire young people to engage in civic participation.” That’s almost in line with the purpose stated in the JTMP corporate charter: “… to shed light on some of the injustices in the world with the power of music.”
Somehow, that all seems to be a bit less than forthright.
