I’m Not Making This Up, You Know

Here’s another bit of fiction from The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin’s opposition to the Malkin/Twitchy motion to dismiss.ECF 67-27Talk about inverted logic and projection!

“… fraud on a wholesale level …” Only one party in the lawsuit has been caught using bogus documents as exhibits in his court filings.

“… extortion …” The only “Do this, or I’ll file criminal charges” statements have come from a member of Team Kimberlin.

“… obstruction of justice …” 18 U.S.C. ยง 1512(c) is the part of the federal obstruction of justice statute that deals with altering or mutilating evidence. Only one party in the lawsuit is suspected of doing so.

“… assault …” TDPK’s claim that Aaron Walker assaulted him was found to be bogus almost two years ago by a Maryland District Court, and the ruling was confirmed by a Circuit Court.

“… money laundering …” I’ll let that one go. For now.

I look forward to seeing the reply filed by the counsel for Michelle Malkin and Twitchy.

  1. Money laundering. I wonder if that has anything to do with an overseas drug scam?
And Xenophon has an interesting piece up. Unfortunately, it refers to CBBS as a journalist, unaware I guess, that yesterday he confirmed that he is a biased opinion writer, not a reporter. They also state as fact a number of self-serving statements about BK. Does Xenophon know BK is a convicted perjurer?

  2. Hehehe … “money laundering …“. I am laughing my ass off. He should be quaking in his boots on that count (as long as I still live at least). Considering that our criminal lives and actions overlap in time and place (and associates, Hi Neal!), I’ll let Mr. Kimberlin draw the conclusion from that.

  3. In the error filled BU post, they mention the FBI questioning Kimberlin’s family more then once. First I’ve heard of that. Anyone else hear of that before? They make several other claims that seem to have no basis in fact, but that is just the usual for TK.

  4. Random thoughts – it has been my unfortunate experience to have spent time in the company of people who are so used to getting what they want through lies and charm, that they become convinced that they are smarter than everyone else, when in reality, most people are not sociopaths and tend to take others at face value. That is not a function of intelligence, rather, it may be a function of naivete, lack of experience, and/or poor judgment of people.

When things start backfiring on the aforementioned sociopaths, they get really, really nasty. They lash out, they play the victim, yet they still manage to remain convinced that everyone else is stupid and that they’re winning.

Until the guilty verdict comes in.

    • What’s amusing, in a macabre way, is that, should the Muslim fanatics get the upper hand, useful idiots like BU would be the first ones up against the fence.

      Yes, I like commas…
