Prevarication Du Jour

On Monday, Xenophon the Troll posted a piece over at Breitbart Unmasked (No, I won’t link to it.) predicting that the defendants in The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin’s vexatious nuisance suits, Kimberlin v. Walker, et al. and the Kimberlin v. The Universe, et al. RICO Madness, are having our writings about TDPK flushed down the Internet’s memory hole. He offers this as evidence.BU20140203

The Internet offers the following rebuttal which may be found here. (Click the image to embiggen it.)spectator20140205That’s a post about TDPK with the byline of my codefendant Stacy McCain.

  1. Just as some felt McCain had been fired by AmSpec because he didn’t have a post in the past month… ignoring that when you look at his history, McCain would go even longer than a month at times between articles. Team Kimberlin isn’t the best at the whole “proving causation” thing. Or “thinking clearly.”

  2. I wonder whether Team Kimberlin is as gullible as they seem or whether they simply assume their readers to be that gullible. In either case, gullibility that extreme is outside anything in my experience.

      • TDPK’s foaming fan club thinks he’s a Richard Jensen, and going to win millions, which he didn’t and was actually defamed, whereas TDPK is just upset people are reminded about his record…

      • It looks like the Spectator did a site re-design, which always results in broken or messed up links. That, of course, is proof of malfeasance in the mind of a deluded troll who has told us not to believe anything he writes.
