As you may be aware, you are the star attraction in Exhibit B of The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin’s motion seeking a preliminary injunction in the Kimberlin v. Walker, et al. nuisance lawsuit.
TDPK is seeking that injunction to require that Aaron Walker, Stacy McCain, Ali Akbar, Kimberlin Unmasked, and I take down all blog posts and tweets since 7 July, 2013, that mention Kimberlin. It’s more of his lawfare nonsense, but it’s to be expected, I suppose, from the thug who got the unconstitutional gag order against Aaron Walker in 2012.
In one of his recent filings in the Kimberlin v. The Universe, et al. lawsuit (that’s what I’ve taken to calling his RICO suit against Michelle Malkin, 19 other defendants, and me), he’s written of “Defendant Hoge and his ‘Army of Davids.'” I want you to know that is just more of Kimberlin’s bullshit; I’m not poaching on your turf. OTOH, if we could work out a royalty arrangement, my fellow defendants and I can always use more help in our struggle with this anti-First-Amendment loonie.
