As you can see by scrolling down the Home page, blogging was light yesterday. Much of the day was spent doing research related to the two frivolous and vexatious lawsuits in which I am a codefendant. Both were filed by the Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin.
The suit filed in a Maryland state court, Kimberlin v. Walker, et al. has five defendants—Aaron Walker, Stacy McCain, Ali Akbar, Kimberlin Unmasked, and me.
TDPK has also filed another suit in federal court. The defendants are National Bloggers Club, Ali Akbar, Patrick Frey, Erick Erickson, Michelle Malkin, Glen Beck, Aaron Walker, Lee Stranahan, Stacy McCain, James O’Keefe, Mandy Nagy, Breitbart.com, DB Capitol Strategies, Simon & Schuster, The Franklin Center, Kimberlin Unmasked, Mercury Radio Arts, The Blaze, Ace of Spades, Red State, and me. Although the suit is properly called Kimberlin v. National Bloggers Club, et al., I’ve taken to calling it Kimberlin v. The Universe, et al. TDPK accuses us of being a racketeering enterprise that has ganged up on him to defame him. Thus, I also refer to the case as RICO Madness.
The next week or two will bring some interesting news.
You can help my codefendants and me in the Maryland state case defend our First Amendment rights from this attack by Brett Kimberlin. Go to Bomber Sues Bloggers to find out how.
