Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

RICOMadnessI’m writing this post a bit after close of business on Friday, 17 January, 2014. The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin’s responses to the motions to dismiss filed by Aaron Walker, DB Capitol Strategies, The Franklin Center, and me in the Kimberlin v. The Universe, et al. RICO Madness were due to the court today. They aren’t showing up in PACER, the federal courts’ online database, but TDPK may have filed late in the day. If that’s the case, we probably won’t see anything in PACER until Tuesday (Monday’s a holiday), but I’ll check again later this evening to see if something gets put up late.

  1. I’m looking forward to reading Kimberlin’s responses. I imagine that they will be imaginative and entertaining. But mostly, imaginative, like both of his abusive, frivolous suits.

  2. Imaginative? The same old whiny conspiracy lies he’s been circulating – some since before he went back to prison. PS It VEXES me that a guy who took the fifth rather than say what he knew about any Swattings, in a case where an adverse inference could be drawn from that option, now hops like Rumplestilsken demanding a declaration that he is wholly unconnected to them. He wouldn’t even declare it himself.

  3. Not under oath anyway. Although I have to admit that situation does not seem to fetter his actions or inclinations to say anything self-serving.
