Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

Xenophon asks a silly and misleading question over at Breitbart Unmasked (No, I won’t link to it).BU20140114b

This is one of those “have you stopped beating your wife” questions. The defendants in the frivolous and vexatious Kimberlin v. Walker, et al. lawsuit won’t be abandoning any so-called “blog court” strategy because we have never employed one. What we have done is point out some of the false allegations in The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin’s complaint and some of mind-bogglingly stupid procedural errors he has made. Here at Hogewash!, I’ve tried to do that with a bit of humor and a great deal of sarcasm. The one thing none of the defendants has done is to tip our hand to show what our actual defense strategy might be. We’ll let the court try the case—if it manages to get past the preliminary stages.

Oh, and to save Xenophon from having to ask, yes, I still beat my wife—at Trivial Pursuits. But she beats me at Scrabble.

If you’d like to help my codefendants (Aaron Walker, Stacy McCain, Ali Akbar, and Kimberlin Unmasked) and me fight Brett Kimberlin’s attack on our First Amendment rights, go to Bomber Sues Bloggers to find out how.

  1. To the extent that there is a “blog court strategy,” to the extent that John Hoge and others keep their readers informed of the motions they file after they have been filed, I see no reason to take advice from Xenophon, Schmalfeldt or any other of Kimberlin’s lame defenders. It is not as if they have your best interest at heart.

First of all, no matter what you do, or don’t do, they will find some specious argument to attack you. If you walk down the street they will claim your alternate use of your right leg and left leg exhibits a certain indecisiveness. If you run down the street they will claim you are “panicked.” And, if you drive down the street, they will claim you are too lazy to walk. If you don’t go down the street, they will claim you are “hiding.” It’s utterly pointless to answer their attacks because there just will be another.

Brett Kimberlin chose to sue just about very conservative writer who has written about him. It raises the question as to whether, or not, Brett Kimberlin did so in a calculated attempt to suppress all reporting of the suit. By reporting public information anyone willing to visit the courthouse, or use PACER, can obtain you are defeating that strategy without in any way hindering your case. No wonder his apologists are squealing like stuck pigs!

Briar Rabbit at least had the good sense to say, “DON’T throw me into that there briar patch!” It would have been dumb for him to say, “Why aren’t y’all throwing me into that there briar patch!” Seems Team Kimberlin is that dumb.

  2. It’s funny, they are always telling us to shut up. For our own good, mind you.

Brett always believes that his victims should keep to themselves what he is doing to them. “It’s our little secret.” Which is not at all how a pedophile behaves, right?

  3. They are still bitter over the failure of occupy wall street. They were as they are now, their own worst enemy. Their inexcusable behavior during that protest: screaming at school children, raping young women, assaults, drug use, were all anyone remembers from their efforts.

This is just another way they are trying to be relevant, at the great expense of good people, who’s only wrong doing is to tell the truth about someone who doesn’t tell the truth.

All in the name of freedom of speech

  4. And apparently y’all rank as “stalkers” because you respond to unfair accusations made by people with whom you have a longstanding disagreement. So BS calls Hoge a stalker because Hoge responds to lies. (No I won’t link to it.) I think it’s interesting that BK, BS, Zeno and the rest of the low rent Legion of Doom claim victimhood because you and others tell the truth about them.

Meanwhile, the question “why do you hate him so much?” goes unanswered. “Him” being the convicted serial bomber, who brought a bomb to a football game, blew a guys leg off, failed to serve his full sentence and refused to pay legal restitution to the widow of one of his victims. Forget about the allegations and rumors against him, or the shady non-profits. Just the adjudicated stuff and the convictions are enough to make a good man angry.

    • First of all, I don’t “hate” Brett Kimberlin. I despise him. The slave hates his master, while the master merely despises his slave. Hating Brett Kimberlin grants him a status that he simply does not deserve.

Nor, is the fact that I despise Brett Kimberlin my motivation in following the story. I am motivated by a love for the Truth. The Truth is that Brett Kimberlin was guilty of perjury, drug dealing, impersonation, forgery, and maiming Carl DeLong during the Speedway bombings. The Truth is that he didn’t sell drugs to Dan Quayle. The truth is that he was not a political prisoner. Nor, does the Truth about Debbie Barton or the murder of Julia Schyphers do him any credit. Brett Kimberlin’s attempts to whitewash his past are an assault on the Truth. The truth is that Aaron Walker accurately reported on his actions and past and has been subjected to a relentless campaign of harassment, including lawfare, as a result. Anyone with a love for truth is outraged that telling the truth can be deemed a criminal enterprise.
