  1. Let me get this straight. We are REQUIRED (as in Mandatory, not optional) to report all these changes to government bureaucrats. But then the bureaucrats have no idea what to do with the information we are REQUIRED to give them, or don’t have the tools to do anything with it.

    And the Ruling Class thinks WE are too stupid to run our own lives?
