popcorn4bkAs I posted earlier today, a paperwork blizzard has descended on Bethesda. Aaron Walker has uploaded his memorandum of points and authorities that accompanied his motion to dismiss in the Kimberlin v. The Universe, et al. RICO lawsuit. 1. I wonder what the Cabin Boy has against Sephardic Jews and hispanics, because Stacy McCain happens to be both. Photoshopping him as a Nazi, therefore, is reprehensible. Is that why BS hates his ex wife, because she’s hispanic?

  2. Somewhere in a courthouse a law clerk is breathing a sigh of relief. Why? Because s/he has been waiting for a comprehensible filing that clarifies the issues and gives the court an opportunity to legitimately and ethically clear its docket.
