Here’s another episode in the continuing Saga of The Dread Pirate Kimberlin and his frivolous and vexatious lawsuits. What follows is another erroneous paragraph from his Kimberlin v. Walker, et al. suit.For the moment, we’ll skip over the fact that TDPK has never shown a single statement published by one of the defendants in the suit to be defamatory. Consider the claim that Brett Kimberlin has told the defendants to leave him alone.

I have never received an email or phone call purporting to be from Brett Kimberlin. The only mail I have received from him as been service of legal papers. The only times he has spoken to me have been in courthouses. I have no recollection of him ever demanding that I “leave him alone.”

The closest thing to such a communication came from a third party, Bill Schmalfeldt.

However, that “warning” is not addressed to me.

I should mention that @BreitbartUnmask has asked me not to contact him directly, but Brett Kimberlin has denied that he is @BreitbartUnmask.
