    • Well, it cost approx. $400 million to create that dysfunctional piece of software. Now they’ve supposedly got folks from Google, Oracle, and other firms to be their “A-teams”. What’s the billable $$/hour for the “repair/rebuild” going to be?

      They should’ve just called Wix….

      • Dollars per hour for a good web developer at contract rates are between 140 and 250 depending on location, experience, and length of contract. Multiply that by the hundreds of developers needed X time it takes to fix and we might well be looking at a fix that doubles or triples the cost of the original build. I’ve been through this before when software development was sent off shore and the resulting product was delivered riddled with bugs that we didn’t trust the vendor to fix.
