The Maryland Court of Appeals has denied Bill Schmalfeldt’s petition for a writ of certiorari. This leaves the peace order issued against him in place.

But, but, this was a seminal First Amendment case! Bill said so, as did trolls Fergie, BU, etc. He said the Court of Appeals had the finest legal minds in Maryland, unlike a bowtie-wearing country judge!
I guess it just goes to show that the Maryland judiciary is made up of a bunch of Right Wing Nut Jobs!
It was aliens! Or voodoo!

Heh. As predicted by our esteemed host. Multiple times.
Poor Bill. Well, guess he is off to file his Pro Se appeal to SCOTUS. Can’t wait to see that attempt. Good thing I have a screen cap of where he stated he was doing it. Will be interesting to see how he spins his lack of action.
Congrats Bill.
ACME Law’s batting average is unchanged.
But …but…but …Supreme Court…perjury….cross examination…purchased journalism credentials…e-books….
Or in other words – RES JUDICATA
Brett Kimberlin should have wrote a better brief for Mr. Schmalfeldt. I mean, adjudicated harasser and deranged cyberstalker, Bill Schmalfeldt of Elkridge, Maryland.
It is probably useful to note, that among other things, BK is also an adjudicated harasser in Maryland, also.
The second also is for savings!
3 cheers for Zoa!
Congratulations to you and Zoa Barnes!
There was no real doubt about the outcome, but it’s nice to see you justified. Again.
This!
Terrific news!
He can’t really have been expecting any other result.

Res Judicata Bob.
Res Judicata Steve.
I’d like to be promoted up from Lickspittle. I don’t feel much like a Lick spittle. I’m much more of a Toadying Sycophant. I’d really appreciate it if you can see your way clear.
Thanks.
So, considering all the harassment he’s committed since he was told to stop, he’s got a visit from the police coming up, right?
Congrats, Mr. H! Best of luck to you with the lawsuit! Keep fighting the good fight!
