As I mentioned earlier, my lawyer filed my answer to Brett Kimberlin’s complaint in the Kimberlin v. Walker, et al. lawsuit. All the other defendants reside outside of Maryland, and, of them, only Aaron Walker has been served. Because he resides out of state, he has an additional month to respond.
I expect that Brett Kimberlin will receive service on my answer today or tomorrow. Other than to say that I believe that his suit is completely without merit, I do not expect to have anything of substance to say about the suit until my lawyer and I review his reaction to my answer.
You’re in my prayers. Let’s get this frivolous suit behind you and tread on to the future. Keep your head down and your eyes open.
Damn, if he had paid you one meel-lion dollars I was going to hit you for a $50 loan …
“…his reaction…”? Hrmm. Sounds like something portentous in the offing. Popcorn’s on.
I’m hoping your answer includes counter-claims to put his conduct further into issue. But that is quite obviously your business.
Be patient.
