This morning, evidence was presented to the District Court in Westminster, Maryland, concerning recent activities by Brett Kimberlin. A Commissioner found probable cause to charge Kimberlin with a crime, and a Judge issued a Peace Order.

I do not wish to make any further comment about this matter until advised to do so by the State’s Attorney or my counsel.
