Of course, Aaron Walker and his legal team aren’t going to roll over and play dead. A Motion to Modify, Vacate or Suspend the Order Granting the Motion to Dismiss has been filed in the Virginia Walker v. Kimberlin, et al. civil suit. Here it is:

While we understand that the Judge thinks this is a political grudgematch between the parties, there are serious questions of law here, perhaps most importantly that allowing a party to, as Kimberlin did, facially violate court orders without sanction is a terrible precedent. If court ordered seals are not adhered too, and violators of them not severely (or at all) punished, how can anyone trust the Courts?
