Dread Pirate #BrettKimberlin Breaches Seal Again

When I posted the exhibits that TDPK had filed along with his Motion to Dismiss in the federal Walker v. Kimberlin, et al. civil suit, I received comments and emails wondering why Aaron Walker’s lawyer hadn’t complained about the publication of sealed documents to the judge in the Virginia case. Behold another Notice of Breach.

I wonder how many more of these will accumulate between now and the sanction hearing on 4 December.

Stay tuned.

  1. A breach of a seal seems like something that should be dealt with right away. Why isn’t there an immediate hearing by the judge?

    • During the last hearing, Dan Backer raised the question of the breaching of sealed documents, and Judge Potter deferred ruling on the it until he takes up the sanctions motion against TDPK on 4 December. How do suppose additional misbehavior will affect the judge’s ruling?
