Great Success! So reads the caption of a picture at the top of a post on FMNR’s blog. The post is about getting to spend an hour on the phone with an FBI Agent about his conspiracy theories. The picture is of Sacha Baron Cohen as Borat.
Great Success? How? Success because an FBI Agent listened for an hour? Success because he mailed a letter to the Inspector General of the Department of Justice? Success because, like Borat, he’s flimflammed a bunch of suckers?
FMNR goes on about having 262 pages of discovery documents. Judge Potter mentioned in open court that the discovery runs “over 500 pages.” Given that we know that TDPK gave the same response to all interrogatories, requests for documents, and requests of admissions, even at one page per response (“I decline to answer because blah, blah, blah, …”), TDPK’s answers would run less than 50 pages. One wonders what is in the 200 or so pages of Walker’s responses that TDPK hasn’t passed along to his crew.
Stock up on popcorn and stay tuned.
