First Mate #NealRauhauser Makes Unforced Errors

Neal Rauhauser has posted portions of the discovery material provided to The Dread Pirate Kimberlin in the Virginia Walker v. Kimberlin, et al. lawsuit. There are a couple of problems with that. First, even though he is one of the et al. defendants in the suit, he was not a participant in the discovery and, because the judge ordered the documents sealed, he had no right to have access to them. Because he is a party to the suit, the judge may hold him accountable for participating in TDPK’s breach of the seal of the documents.

Second, by accepting the documents and blogging about them he as demonstrated that he has a constructive knowledge of the lawsuit. He may claim that he has never seen the complaint. He may try to claim that he was never properly served. But he won’t be able to claim that he didn’t know that he was being sued. That will come back to haunt him.

Neither of these mistakes reflect well on FMNR’s wisdom or even his street smarts. There are times when the best thing to do is to keep your mouth shut, but FMNR’s tendency to brag and spin tall tales are likely to be his undoing. His propensity to overinflate claims undermines what little credibility he might have had. For example, in a recent post he claimed that

Walker’s hate cost him his privacy, his job, his law license, and he has no one to blame but himself.

His law license? Oh, come now. If he’d lost his license to practice, he would no longer be a member in good standing of the bar.<mockery>A good liar doesn’t tell fibs that can be checked in under a minute via Google.</mockery>

FMNR thinks he’s smarter than the average bear. He may be right, but the average bear isn’t as smart as your average first grader. Regardless of how smart he is or thinks he is, he’s vastly less experienced with the law than the team arrayed against him. It may take a bit of time, but justice is coming for him.

Stay tuned.

  1. Perhaps, Aaron was sanctioned in the same secret hearings where Brett Kimberlin was exonerated! In the real world, Aaron is a member of the Virginia bar in good standing, and, Brett Kimberlin is a convicted perjurer and felon.

    • No. No. No. He runs *2* non-profits. He does good work. He works with the State Department…..

Yeah….I gotta agree with BigSjyBob too. Aaron is a member of the Virginia bar in good standing, and, Brett Kimberlin, TDPK, is a convicted perjurer and felon. Plus I’ll add I think that Neal Rauhauser, FMNR, is a crazy Weiner truther.

  2. Ole doorknob nose ain’t as clever as he would have people believe that he is! I wonder if his midget master has figured out yet that Q-bert is more of a liability than an asset at this point? All the twitter trolling with stupid sock puppets in the world won’t help them now!
