The Saga of Dread Pirate #BrettKimberlin—Coming Attractions

While blogging about TDPK and his crew will be lighter than normal for the next few days, here are some of the questions we will be exploring:

Why has TDPK implicitly accused First Mate Neal Rauhauser and/or Cabin Boy Bill Small-Fawcett Schmalfeldt of theft?
How did FMNR and CBBS wind up admitting to violating Maryland’s harassment law?
What can happen to joint defendants when their interests begin to diverge?

Inquiring minds want to know. And if they stay tuned over the next week or so, they might find the answers to these and other intriguing questions.

Grab another bag of popcorn.

  1. Interesting. I haven’t seen where TDPK has accused FMNR of anything. So I look forward to reading that story. I think it is just TDPK trying to give a cover story on the leaked discovery so he might be able to get out of breaking Judge Potters order.

    • I’m no expert, obviously, but why would the Virginia case be affected at all? The federal civil case might be influenced, but I’m not sure how; what interests me is if there might be cause for the IRS to begin poking JTMP and VRUS, and (assuming the new AG is interested in justice, not political payback) see what that turns up.
