Dread Pirate #BrettKimberlin Subpoenas the Police?

The page listing service of process for the Virginia Walker v. Kimberlin, et al. lawsuit shows the following this morning.

The top line shows service on Aaron Walker’s former employer (name redacted), and the second line shows service on the Prince William County Police. It looks as if they are being called to testify at Friday’s hearing by TDPK.

<mockery>Huh?

The hearing on Friday concerns sanctions against TDPK for failing to cooperate with discovery, for practicing law without a license, and for filing frivolous and wasteful motions full of non-germane material. Calling witnesses that have no connection to the matter before the court would seem to be a demonstration of the truth of the third count in Aaron Walker’s sanctions motion.

I can hardly wait to see how this brilliant legal strategy plays out in court.</mockery>

I don’t know about you, but I’m gonna have to start dieting soon because of all the popcorn. Someone else can claim my share of the Jujubes and Raisinets. I’ve already had to slip my belt out a notch.

But there’s more of TDPK foolishness ahead, so stay tuned.

Tick, tock, tick, tock,…

  1. What the hell is he up to? The closer we get to this date, the more I worry about the countdown clock that FMNR has set up that is going to go off during the hearing.

We already know he and his ilk have been going to law enforcement…he has said so in a couple motions. I worry he has fed them some other BS story that they are buying and something will happen to AW once again, until it can be straightened out.

Hopefully I am giving TDPK way too much credit, and my fears are completely unfounded.

    • There is plenty of LEO presence at the PW County Courthouse. The Sheriff’s Office is in the building and deputies handle security and bailiff duties.

My guess is that he is trying to find out how far the police investigation into the Aaron Walker SWATting has progressed. That’s not germane to the 26 October hearing.

      • I’m betting he is using Walker’s employer to claim that Walker was damaged by Walker, and, that he will use the police to back up his assault claim.

      • Opps! Kimberlin lives in Montgomery county. I bet he asks the police to produce his letter outlining his concern for Walker’s physical safety given he had been outed as the publisher of the Everyone Draw Mohammed website.

  2. I’ve totally lost track. What jurisdiction is the PWC police department, in relation to all the players? If it is the home PD of AW, the thought that comes to my mind is that TDPK wants to ask questions about AW’s SWATing. Given that AW has given very few details publicly, at the request of the police.

Why that has anything to do with a sanctions hearing, I have no idea. But it makes as much sense as anything else, I guess.

    • PWC is AW’s home pd. So you and Mr. Hoge are probably correct in that this is a fishing expedition on the SWATing. How he intends to tie that into a sanctions hearing is anyones guess.

I’ve just let FMNR into my head with his stupid countdown clock.

  3. Walker’s lawyer is not going to allow Kimberlin to go fishing with this witness, assuming questions are directed towards AW’s SWATting.
