Dread Pirate #BrettKimberlin and Election Integrity, Part Deux

Because of my busy schedule prior to the election and my many days out of town working on election related issues I will only be able to appear at hearings after nov [sic] 6

That’s what TDPK has told Aaron Walker’s lawyer in an email.

<mockery>Yes, look how busy he must be. At around 10:45 pm ET on 14 October, I found the following as the most recent posting on the Velvet Revolution US (no, I won’t link to it) website’s home page:

The workload must be terrific if he hasn’t been able to post anything further to the website of his 501(c)(4) that has the purpose of political activity according to its corporate charter for the past two months. I hope he can spare a day to make his court date on 26 October.</mockery>

The Saga of the Dread Pirate Kimberlin has to be true because there are some things you just can’t make up. He has left a great deal of misery in his wake, but regardless how dangerous he has been at times, he is foolish. He deserves to be ridiculed.

He’s complained in his filings in the Virginia Walker v. Kimberlin, et al. lawsuit that he’s being mocked on the Internet, and he’s attached a post from Hogewash! as an exhibit to demonstrate how poorly he is being treated. Well, in the words of a French colleague, “And, if you think you got a nasty taunting this time, you ain’t heard nothing yet!”

So, Gentle Reader, get yourself some popcorn and stay tuned.
