Dread Pirate #BrettKimberlin and Election Integrity

Check out what TDPK says in the email exchange with Dan Backer in Exhibit C of the Walker Motion to Deny Defendant Kimberlin’s Motion to Dismiss and Motion for Protective Order to Stay Discovery for Failure to Follow Rule 4:15 filed in the Virginia Walker v. Kimberlin, et al. lawsuit.

Because of my busy schedule prior to the election and my many days out of town working on election related issues I will only be able to appear at hearings after nov [sic] 6

Yeah, Justice Through Music Project and Velvet Revolution US “educate youth about their voting and civil rights to get them to register and vote.” And TDPK is one of the great crusaders against corrupt electronic voting machines.

<mockery><sarcasm>I’m sure Judge Potter will understand the importance of that work if TDPK doesn’t show up for the sanctions hearing on 26 October.</sarcasm></mockery>

You know, there really are things I just can’t make up. Brett Kimberlin’s ego and legal nonsense are a gold mine of blogging material beyond my wildest dreams of avarice.

So grab some more Jujubes (or popcorn or Raisinets) and stay tuned.

  1. He is just so brazen in his actions, such as completely and utterly defying a judges order. I think that is what usually makes a good con man. They have to have the belief that people are going to believe anything they say. And they will act accordingly that you do believe what they say. He has obviously had some mixed success with this tactic, but it seems to be a defining characteristic.
