John Norton can say that as a matter of law, Kimberlin was found to be a threat to him (because his peace order against Kimberlin stood), but equally as a matter of law he was not found to be a threat to Kimberlin. His name is cleared.

How do you feel about the results of your lawfare thus far?
Tick, tick, tick, tick, …
UPDATE–Allergic to Bull is Aaron Walker’s website. Recommend reading.
UPDATE 2–Aaron Walker’s point cited above is nontrivial. Given the length and seriousness of Brett Kimberlin’s rap sheet, a peace order is lost in the noise. Note that he did not appeal the order granted against him. However, having a peace order against him would be a much bigger deal for someone such as John Norton. That explains why he was so keen to clear his name.
