Evidence concerning activity by Bill Schmalfeldt was presented to a District Court Commissioner this evening in Westminster, Maryland. The Commissioner found probable cause to charge Schmalfeldt with a crime.
I do not wish to make any further comment on this matter until advised to do so by either the State’s Attorney or my counsel.
