Math is Hard for The Dread Pirate #BrettKimberlin Too


Here’s a clipping from TDPK’s Motion to Dismiss that he has filed in the Virginia Walker v. Kimberlin, et al. lawsuit.

<mockery>If you go and read Aaron Walker’s complaint (here), you’ll see that he asks for $2,000,000 in damages and says that each count justifies that amount on its own not that the damages should be 2 megabucks times the number of counts.

Math is hard, and so, it seems, is basic reading comprehension.</mockery>

Delusions of adequacy. That’s one possible explanation for TDPK’s amazingly nonsensical motions. That, or perhaps foolishness. Either way, there’s plenty more fuel for ridicule.
