Let me repeat myself. Brett Kimberlin deserves to be made a laughingstock. At the same time, I recognize that, though he is a coward, he can be a dangerous coward. I keep my eyes open. Meanwhile, he still is subject to court order to respond to Aaron Walker’s discovery interrogatories, etc., not later than 5 October.
Tick, tick, tick, tick, …
He won’t comply. I can already see that. I hope he gets hit with some form of real sanctions for failure to comply with discovery. I fear he will just get a wrist slap and be told to comply again in another set period of time…which he will again miss because he files some motion or other in protest to be heard on the day that he is supposed to comply by. I can see him dragging this out until that December 15 time frame he originally wanted. All depends on how many sanctions he is willing to absorb.
Man I hope the judge sees through his shenanigans quickly and pulls him up short.
Come on Mr. Hoge, don’t you understand that posting publicly available court documents on the internet constitutes unfair and embarrassing publicity for Brett Kimberlin in his eyes and litigating the cases on the internet, but mostly embarrassing publicity for Brett Kimberlin since the documents are available to the public and as far as I can tell you are not a member of the plaintiff’s legal team?
I salute you.
