The Dread Pirate Kimberlin (who is in his late 50s) runs his operation out of his mother’s basement. Thus, it is sorta pathetic when his alter ego, John Doe 1, has to resort to a tweet like this:

We won’t have to wait much longer for discovery to begin in the federal Walker v. Kimberlin et al. lawsuit in which John Doe 1 is now a defendant. I bet I know who John Doe 1 really is. We’ll be learning his identity soon, and I’ll see if I’m correct.
