Aaron Walker has transcribed the court audio from Thursday’s Peace Order hearing. He adds comment that will help in understanding exactly what was happening.
I was seated about 12 ft behind Mr. Kimberlin during the hearing. I couldn’t see his face, but I could read his body language. He didn’t seem to be having a good time. I also had a good view of the Judge. Most of the time, he had a stern expression. He rarely smiled, although I thought I saw him smirk (or perhaps grimace) at the “Army of David’s” remark.

UPDATE—I’ve been rereading Aaron Walker’s post. In the part about the exhibit Mr. Kimberlin submitted “documenting” the threats he had received, Mr. Walker says that they submission seemed to be the same stuff used in the earlier hearing on the temporary stay. I can’t confirm that all of it was the same, but I did notice the Exhibit E photograph of Glenn Reynolds on one of the pages that I could see as Judge Rupp flipped through the papers.
UPDATE 2—More from the transcript … Brett Kimberlin claimed that Aaron Walker had written over 350 posts about him. Mr. Walker claims to have written 52. I must really be a harasser; I done 107 posts about Brett Kimberlin.
