Several blogs, this one included, observed a National Day of Blogger Silence in protest against the harassment of bloggers by enemies of the First Amendment. Brett Kimberlin Lord Voldemort (He Who Must Not Be Named under penalty of peace order) and his Death Eater Wannabes didn’t take the day off.

Breitbart Unmasked (no, I will not link to it) put up a smear of Jeff Dunetz (aka The Lid), and Brett Kimberlin has sought a new peace order against someone in Miami, Florida, named Martin Maher.

Stacy McCain tweeted a quotation from Cicero in reference to the continuing saga of Kimberlin v. The Blogosphere. That reminded me of another line from Cicero that I would address to Lord Voldemort:

[I]n te conferri pestem, quam tu in nos omnes iam diu machinaris.
[T]he plague which you were devising against all of us now should have directed against you.

UPDATE—Breitbart reports that 70 Members of Congress are expected to be calling for the DoJ to investigate the SWATting.
