UPDATE–The boingboing post has a tag line about the program in question being run by the administration of a Nobel Peace Prize winner. The first American president to win the Peace Prize had led troops in combat and, while he was responsible, in some cases personally responsible, for the deaths in battle, he did his killing before he won the Prize. He received it for helping to end a war. Most of the more recent Peace Prize winner’s body count has come about since the Prize was received.
